Dr Black is a medical practitioner, clinical psychologist, researcher, senior clinical lecturer in clinical psychology and psychiatry, School of Medicine, at the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide respectively. Dr Black is the PsychMed Program Director, and the Managing Director of WARRI.
Dr Black has 37 years of experience working in mental health and alcohol and other drug fields in academic, public, and private settings, and has 25 years of experience as a clinical lecturer and educator, and is committed to promoting excellence in evidenced based mental health services, teaching, and research.
